Hotel Puerto Antiguo

Great first floor suite room with sea view, you could lie in comfy bed and look out to the sea hearing the waves. Beach went on for miles and was practically empty. Friendly people in town, whale watch and turtle swim 10 min away by mototaxi

International prices justified by location but not by service. No pads for plastic deck beds, very minimal breakfast, on tour day we were going to be away during the breakfast hours and asked for a take put ( every other hotel in Peru had provided this), no go, not even a bottle of water or dry bread. Second towel took two conversations and several hours to get. Almost nobody speaks any English so communication is a struggle unless your Spanish is good. It’s mainly a resort for Peruvians so all understandable but international travellers should be prepared.

La ubicación es bastante favorable si quieren estar a un paso literal de la playa. Las instalaciones son cómodas en relación precio / calidad

No es queja, solo una sugerencia. Ya que nosotros solo estuvimos 1 noche alojados y teníamos muchas ganas de hacer la actividad de avistamiento de ballenas. Esto implicaba madrugar 6 am para inicia el tour, por lo que definitivamente no lográbamos tomar el desayuno incluido. Considero que para muchos huéspedes esto es importante al momento de elegir un hospedaje y por otras experiencias en otros destinos lo que suelen hacer los hoteles es preparar unos lonches para los huéspedes que salen de tour y lo logran llegar al horario del Desayuno. Y también Debo agradecer que fueron muy amables en escucharnos cuando les cometamos que por el horario del tour no conseguimos llegar y nos ofrecieron una taza de café que salvó el día.

TODO MUY BIEN LA GENTE AMABLE Y EL SERVICIO GENIAL, SOLO RECOMENDAR QUE LAS COMIDAS FRITAS TRATEN DE CUIDAR QUE NO SE TUESTE TANTO POR LO DEMAS TODO EXCELENTE

Great location, good amenities, small hotel, some staff were very friendly

Rooms were noisy, could here the bell every time someone arrives and could hear the owners dog crying because it was attached (bit sad). Unfortunately the rooms do not have good light blocks, light shines through the door. The man at the reception seemed bothered whenever you asked him something. No water, not tea, nor coffee in the rooms which is a shame. No pool towels. A bit stingy for that price.
