Die Lage ist sehr schön, mit Blick ins Grüne. Direkt am Haus ist der Zugang zum Krottensee und auch das Schloss Cumberland ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, alles was man benötigt. An heißen Tagen ist es drinnen in der Wohnung angenehm kühl. Die Wanderparkplätze oder Bergbahn zum Grünberg sind mit dem Auto gut und schnell erreichbar.

Das Badezimmer / WC ist nur über über das Schlafzimmer mit dem Doppelbett erreichbar. Alle mitreisenden müssen durch das Schlafzimmer durch, da sollte man sich schon sehr gut kennen.

A belváros sétatávolságra van, de a szállás mégis csendes. A szállás tágas, hűvös a meleg napokon, légkondi nélkül is. Nekünk nem okozott gondot, hogy a fürdőszobát csak a hálón keresztül lehetett megközelíteni. A szállásadó kedves.

Mi nem voltunk oda a bőrkanapéért. A Wifi jel gyenge volt a lakás távolabbi részein.

Sehr liebenswerte Vermieter. Wer Ruhe und trotzdem Nähe zum Zentrum sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Spacious, quiet and clean apartment. The hosts were friendly, welcoming and attentive throughout our stay.

The apartment is essentially a semi-basement unit with a low ceiling. Ventilation is poor, and the air quickly becomes stuffy and smells of dampness. Although it appears to have been recently repainted, there seems to be an underlying moisture problem (mould on the walls?). The main issue is the poor soundproofing in the bedroom. You can clearly hear water rushing through the plumbing from the floors above (or the sound of a washing machine spinning behind the wall). On the first night, a sudden gush of water was so loud that I thought something had broken. The bathroom is very cramped. The outdoor space is poorly utilised – the barbecue, table and chairs are stacked and covered, making it uninviting. Despite the photos showing a carport and forecourt, parking is actually on the street, about 50 metres from the apartment. The location is on the outskirts of Gmunden, around a 30-minute walk from the town centre. I expected a more appealing setting, but the adjacent park is quite neglected. Overall, the accommodation fell short of my expectations, mainly due to the dampness, noise and misleading impression regarding parking.
