كنت ساكن في الدور الارضي ويوجد ازعاج وطلبة مرتبه اضافي وافادو انه لايوجد الا للاطفال فقط

The staff were helpful and polite but lacked a good level of English - Sadly my arabic is not very good.

Disapointed on my final stay. I specifically booked a non-smoking room and was advised at check in that the room was available. On inspection, the room has clearly been used by smokers. No other room was offered. The facilites requested that were in my previous room were not available. This was for a long stay (as previous bookings) - the room was equipped for a short stay. I can only think that because I booked through Booking. Com and a greatly discounted rate, the availability of better rooms that I had stayed in at the full rack rate - were not made available. Every room I stayed in had a leaky shower and paint peeling off of the doors and frames. The Bathrooms ALL need some maintenance.

The room was clean and the beds comfortable. In a quiet neighborhood. Good for families and if you have your own car.
