1. Location. The property is located near to convenience store, laundry shop, train and bus station all within walking distance. 2. Comfortable. The bed is soft and comfortable, the water heater works perfectly. 3. Amenities. The room have universal socket, don’t even need to have an adapter. They also have hair dryers and other basic showering facilities.

1. The front desk employee are not aware of our staying period. This has caused some confusion between us and they only charged us for one night despite us staying for three nights, we need to ask them to re-check, and after that only they rectify the issue. Hope that proper training can be provided and ensure that employees are aware of continuous stay guest.

Nothing bothers us

The staff was really nice and accomodating when I told them I would like to check-out early due to the hotel being a bad fit.

The hotel is very old and grimey. The room I stayed in smelled like cigarettes and the air was not clean at all. I had terrible congestion and allergies while staying there. The carpets are super old. The only newer setup was the bathroom. The bed was so hard I had back pain. The sheets also did not feel very clean. I feel like if I had stayed longer than 1 day I would have gotten sick so I immediately checked out. Also, photos of the common area is not accurate. The sofa area in the photo in the lobby is not usable. It was filled with bags of things, not sure what they were, and totally not accessible. There is not common area basically. The location is nice though and lots of shops nearby.

The room is clean and spacious. The staff is kind and speaks reasonable English. The location is close to public transport and a nice Japanese quarter with bars and restaurants. Quite clean too.

A bit noisy on a busy street. No breakfast or indeed any common space at all.
