I enjoyed the Spa overall, but I was a little disappointed that there wasn’t really a pool available; also, some of the Spa equipment were not functioning due to ongoing maintenance.

Regarding the Spa, I found the massage treatments to be quite expensive. As for breakfast, I can’t really say that I disliked it, as the overall quality was good. However, for a hotel in such an iconic village as La Thuile, I was expecting to see more local products represented in the buffet. I also found it disappointing that, aside from the usual coffee and cafeteria options, there were no hot dishes included in the breakfast - additional options were available at a rather high price, with >€25 for an omelette, for example, feeling particularly excessive. There was no air conditioning in the room, which we were informed about in advance and therefore expected; however, it still felt like a significant omission for a five-star hotel.

The fact that you need to reserve the SPA and that somehow only allow you one hour I would also recommend to have some towels placed I. The SPA area so you can change when needed (wet after the cold shower following the sauna)

Sehr freundliches Personal. Hotel ist neu und stilvoll.

Direkt neben dem Hotel ist eine große Baustelle. Dies wurde im Vorfeld bei booking nicht erwähnt. Störte durch Lärm und beeinträchtigte die Aussicht. Sehr ärgerlich! Rauchen auf den Balkonen ist erlaubt. Der Nachbar rauchte Zigarren!!! Sehr störend, vor allem im Sommer, wenn man das Fenster öffnen muss. Man meinte nur: Mei, das ist erlaubt 🤷🏻‍♀️ Das Frühstück ist gut, war aber JEDEN Tag genau das GLEICHE - bei Obst, Saft, Kuchen, Käse, Wurst… KEINE Variation. Auch keine frischen Eier. Für fünf Sterne mE sehr schwach! Das Einstundenlimit im kleinen SPA ist im Sommer, wenn wenig los ist, völlig überflüssig. Schade!
