Pool, view, balcon, rooms

The apartment was more than clean, everything in the room, the kitchen and the bathroom was like brand new! If I had to choose one word to describe it, it would be QUALITY. You could see that the owners really take care of the building and its surrounding. The host was really nice. When we arrived after a long journey he offered cool beverages to us (according to our age), and a few minutes later he took a bowl of chicken soup, which was the most delicious I have ever tasted (sorry mom, if you read). The view was fantastic, we had a large balcony with the other apartment on the floor, but it meant no problem (we had a studio on the top floor). The pool area was comfortable and you could see the sea from there too. We had lovely days there, all in all.

The host were great, they took really good care ouf us. Everything was always clean, the view is breathtaking, all is comfy, the facilities were perfect. There are pools, sunbeds and an umbrella - highly recommended!!:)

The view from the studio was not sea view, only if you stand up on the terrace or in the flat you could se the harpor and sea. There were a small wall on the terrace in the way We should share the terrace with others. The way to the beach were very very hilly. Elder people will not could manage

Our child soiled the sheet which was upset the owner who started waving her arms behaving very much aggressively, shout in Croatian (it is not true that he knows German or English - a lie in the advertisement) causing our child's trauma that must have watched this offensive behavior. We offered a refund money for the sheets or their washing but the proprietor decided throw us out ... FOR DIRTY SHEETS. To throw away. Interrupt dream vacation with a family of two children 1500 km from the house. As we read in previous reviews this is not the first time the owner has trouble with self-control and behaving aggressively. I recorded it everything on the phone and webcam. Then, after we left the premises, she started to manufacture some evidence of "damage" - one broken roller blind on the balcony, sewage installations (how we can influence their inspections sewage system?), it is not known what else. Basically they could think of everything because we were already in the "apartment". At the request of documenting the accounts of the alleged damages, they appraised them themselves for 1000 euros and said they don't have to talk to us anymore. They appropriated our money for the remaining days of our stay, avoiding it confrontation and conversation. They never wanted to talk because as we found out from booking.com they reported a few hours before we were kicked out they all came to shout at us. The owner as a calculating person, able to pull out plastic bottles from the trash (cheap trick) to fabricate something will probably try to write and also accuse us. Leaving the "apartment" of course, I also recorded the state and did photos - everything was ok, for you reading it doesn't matter - it is our dispute with these people. The accommodation has exceeded our expectations. Very quiet at night. Very comfortable beds. So beautiful view from the balcony. Very functional kitchen. The pool was cleaned every morning. The house is very clean, as a mother of two young kids I'm very demanding about this.
