Tokyu Stay Shinjuku

Location was very convenient and the room had all necessary amenities

No in between cleaning or making of the bed, but this did not limit our experience

The location is excellent with very close proximity to the Shinjuku-sanchome train station. The rooms are small, as expected, but well organized and comfortable. Loved the jazz themed decor with very interesting details throughout the property. The breakfast was ok. As vegetarians, we didn’t have a lot of options other than breads and salad, which was the only disappointing aspect of the trip. But, having said that, there are a lot of restaurants in close proximity to the hotel and easy to get breakfast outside. The hotel has an artist that does patchwork sowing on premise for a nominal cost. Got a Shinjuku themed patch sown on my bag. A great way to get a personalized souvenir!

The location is great if you want to be near the shopping and easy to access transport stations near Shinjuku.

Compared to the other Tokyu Stay Shinjuku East, I prefer the other. This property was older and you had to go outside to access the breakfast which was hosted in an adjacent restaurant. At that restaurant the food was cold as they often kept the door open for some reason. In the winter this didn't make much sense. It was freezing.
