Clean spaces and rooms with attentive staff. Beautiful rooftop facilities: pool, jacuzzi, spa with private jacuzzi that you need to book in advance Great rooftop bar with live music. Very comfortable and delicious breakfast. Easy to walk to restaurants and ruins.

Es un muy hotel de tres estrellas. La habitación tenía una hermosa vista al océano Pacífico y era confortable.
El personal fue atento y cordial.
El restaurante ofrece un excelente desayuno buffet (incluido en la tarifa) y, además, muy buenas opciones para almorzar y cenar.
El hotel está en San Isidro, el distrito financiero de Lima, una zona residencial tranquila y segura.

Great breakfast, wonderful staff, great location.
Cigarette smell in the hallways sometimes got into the room, and the bathroom smelled a bit like mold and humidity.

Good hotel, clean comfortable rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff. Location is ok, there is a cafe and restaurant next to it, otherwise a shopping mall in about 10 minutes walk. Overall the area is safe and quite albeit a bit dull.
All fine except the endless repeat music in the lift/elevator. It drove me up the wall after two days.

The pool is not heated, when I asked about they said I would need to request 3 hours before I want to swim so they could turn on the heater.

The hotel is clean and elegant. The service is excellent, the best element in my opinion. The breakfast is nice and the swimming pool at the rooftop is exactly like presented in the pictures: very enjoyable. When I was in Lima, it was very warm and the air conditioning of the room did not disappoint.

The Lady in the reception was a bit better. Not so unfriendly as the First Time i was there. I was there twice

I loved so much! The room was great and comfortable. The breakfast delicious and the staff very attentive and helpful. The jacuzzi was terrific!
Two of our four days they didn’t give us towels and one day no toilet paper. But maybe it was a new person working. The pool is small but heated, although some days it’s warmer than others.
