Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay in Sanibel and in unit P3B. Everything we needed was provided in the condo. The condo is beautifully decorated. The furniture is very nice and very comfortable. The mattresses on the beds are top notch so we were able to sleep so comfortably every night. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. It was very well furnished so we were able to cook our meals with ease. The owner himself called us at the beginning of the week to welcome us, to see if there was anything we needed, to make sure there were no issues, and to tell us some things about the island. It was a wonderful experience staying in this condo. I would highly recommend it to anyone. We were very pleased.

The condo is very nicely decorated and has been updated with a new washer/dryer and granite counter tops. The lanai has beautiful new furniture which we enjoyed every day. The bicycles provided saved us tons of money since we didn't have to rent bikes! There is a small bike for children, too. A lovely view of the gulf is visible from the living room, dining room and kitchen. The owners are as sweet as can be and the folks at Select Vacation Properties work with you in any way you need. A special THANK YOU goes to Patience at the rental office. We are coming back next summer for 5 weeks! Can't wait! I highly recommend P3B to anyone visiting Sanibel!
