The balcony is amazing. The sleeping room is very cozy with the carpet and a very comfortable bed, which is not always the case in holiday apartments. The location is also great, a 5 minute walk to the nicest beaches of Bol, and 100m walk to an endless dirt road that was perfect for walking our dog. For these reasons we stayed in this apartment a second time after 3 years.

Some basic facilities were not up to date and could have been checked and fixed, or were missing in general. For instance, the light bulb for the outside light is missing, and in the evening it's a bit dark to walk down the stairs. In the bedroom there is only 1 reading lamp on 1 side of the bed. The lamp in the living room was also broken, and the living room could in general have benefited from an extra cozy lamp (the lamp at the entrance and kitchen is very bright and not cozy). There was only 1 lounge chair on the balcony that was in a very bad state, and the wooden terrace on the balcony is also not in the best state and could be fixed. Additionally, the kitchen could be a little bit better equipped (e.g., a wooden spoon for stirring, a few more cups, etc.). Last thing, while the floor inside the apartment was very clean, the balcony wasn't washed and was quite dirty. Also, some kitchen equipment was a bit greasy so we had to wash everything before we could use it. In general we like the apartment a lot but these all seem like easy fixes to just make everything a bit nicer and deserve those 10 stars!

The flat was clean and the staff welcoming

The pullout sofa was warm out, too soft and uneven. Didn’t get a good night sleep. Also, the ceiling is really low in most of the flat so you have to watch out not to get hurt.

Good location, quiet neighbourhood with plenty of outside space. We even had a huge outside grill (that we didn't use). Host was very responsive and helpful.

One of the beds was crooked (sides were higher than the center so the matrass was pushing you inwards), the provided electric stove had barely any power. We decided to cook at our neighbours.

Balcony was really nice.

The living room light switch did not work, was not fixed during our 4 night stay. There were some wasps nesting on the balcony. We also found ants in our bed.
