Owners were lovely, so friendly and helpful. The room was fine, had everything I needed for the 2 nights I stayed. Was very central in old town and next to many restaurants, everything walking distance.
Quite a few stairs ?100 to carry luggage to the place but this is common for Dubrovnik anyway.

Excellent location. Friendly staff. They provided a few toiletries which was a nice surprise. The family also owns the tapas bar next door which is outstanding.
Bathroom didn't have a fan but that was minor.

Location. It is about 1 minute from the main street. The hostess's kindness is a plus. The air conditioning works fine for the summer.
The bed is not so comfortable.
