The staff and hospitality were amazing from the time we checked in, the location of the hotel is so special l, close to all restaurants and shopping. Rooms are very spacious and clean, with a view of istiklal Street.

I recently stayed at sentire Hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the level of service provided by the staff. From the moment I checked in, the front desk employee was friendly and efficient, answering all of my questions and providing recommendations for local attractions. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. But it was the hotel staff that really made my trip enjoyable. Every employee I encountered was helpful and professional, going above and beyond to make sure my needs were met.

Every time I return to the Instria Hotel and every time I receive warm treatment, excellent service, excellent cleanliness, luxurious rooms, highly recommend!!!!

I'm staying in this hotel every time when I'm in Istanbul. Lovely hotel, very nice ,professional and behave stuffs . Last time I stayed 2 weeks ago, after i got operation, and I really got peace and quiet, which I needed. I really very thankful for all of them care and responsibility, especially Mr Ugur and people's in reception ! Thank you very much !!!

very expensive the value is higher than what we got , the receptionist and me we shout one day on the phone I had bad experience to move every day from one room to another for non availability when I decided to extend my stay on the same room / one bed room apartment and was horrible waking up every day on a reception call packing my stuff and move to another room I have moved and tried all the rooms and pay different rates on different what they have available type of room was so expensive and exhausting to me I paid for my tiredness only , no breakfast and lounge to set or receive guests which made it hard also to enjoy meeting my friends and relatives, was also horrible to reach the hotel it self as no main road or vale available yes they offer to come down and take your luggage and offer also to take them back to your taxi down the hill to the street but still that uncomfortable, rooms was clean , only the bathrooms seat are inconvenient as they don’t have shower and the only water comes from the seat and was miss all the way at night we couldn’t sleep as the music all day working down in streets was so annoying

Very noisy area. Extremely noisy The street where the hotel entrance is located is too narrow and cars cannot enter inside so we had to carry our bags from the main road up to the hotel entrance, but to be honest the hotel staff helped us

the location was perfect on Asteklal street and very close to Taksim square were you can find whatever you want. Staff members were very helpful especially Mr. Oskan and Mr. Orou they helped us a lot .. thanks

Everything was perfect , and It is in the middle of the action 24 Istklila street.

The staff,cleanliness,and location .All the shops for shopping and food easily accessible .Near to all transport nodes.

There was a nightclub next to the hotel that was exceptionally loud and on some nights kept us awake.

this is my second time and planning the third in a couple of weeks. i even recommended it to my friends and they loved it as well. staff, location, amenities everything is perfect.

My second time and will repeat again. Let aside the prime location at the heart of Taksim and the cleanliness of the premises, the trio Ugur, Ozkan & Abbas are the stars of this place, they will go the extra mile for you. Super service and great housekeeping

we did rent a studio that was equipped with microwave and almost full kitchen equipment cutleries/cups/dishes etc...however there was no pans , casseroles or pots
