Tiene muchas gradas para subir con tu equipaje y nadie te ayuda la habitación estaba llena de lagartijas a lo cual llamé al recepcionista y me ignoro sábanas sucias y los desayunos pésimos no lo recomiendo , y es lejos de los lugares de interés el baño en muy malas condiciones y sucio lo único que se rescata son las toallas que olían bien y la piscina no más

Het prachtige schone zwembad, de schone handdoeken en de rust . Ook nieuwe handdoeken in de heerlijk ruikende kamer.
Je boekt met een flatscreen en dan is de tv stuk en ook nog eens niet aangesloten.

Helaas in november restaurant en bar gesloten. Alleen ontbijt. Dat haalt de levendigheid wel weg uit het hotel. De eerste kamer stonk erg beschimmeld en werd verbloemd door veel parfum en luchtverfrisser. Tweede kamer was wel prima.

Personnel souriant. A 2 pas de la plage et établissement bien en hauteur en cas de tsunami. La piscine est grande ( mais très sale)
Café et thé avec bouteilles d’eau dans la chambre.
Odeur d’humidité dans la salle de bain, normal au vue de la couche de crasse qu’il y a sur les aérations. Le wifi ne marche pas après 19h car ils changent sans vous prévenir.
Il y a des travaux juste au dessus, ça aurait été bon de le savoir avant.
La piscine est particulièrement sale. La fenêtre au dessus de la porte est cassée.

Great location very easy to get to when arriving at Senggigi port. The staff are superb and breakfast was very good too.

It is in a great location. There is a large and modern indomart about 50 metres away. There is a sports bar/bakery directly opposite the hotel which is great but they close at 8pm so not noisy. There was always a bluebird taxi parked near the end of the street. A ride into the main section of Sengiggi cost about 6000 Rupiah. Also there were a couple of beach bars in close vicinity with reasonable pricing. The pool was clean and nice to cool off in .The beds were comfortable and the aircon worked well. The included breakfast was very good and had many options. Was very good value for money.
The bathroom was a little bit smelly at times but wasn't a huge problem as that's fairly usual in this part of the world

The staff are what makes this hotel! They are amazing, super helpful and kind. They could not do enough for us! The breakfast was simple but good. They changed our room for us to one with a private bathroom without any trouble after we hadn't realised the twin rooms didn't come with a private bathroom. The air con and wifi were good and we loved the cats!
The hotel as a whole is very run down. The sunbeds need updating urgently, the pool was nice but not very clean and it could all do with a freshen up. I would say the photos do not quite match the reality of this hotel. This hotel is good value for money though!

The most comfortable bed I slept in in all of Lombok, much needed after the Mt Rinjani Hike!! The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was excellent. The room was a great size with good AC. Everything you need for a one-night stay.
Pretty minor, but the pool had residue from what seemed like a neighbouring building site, so we decided not to swim, which was a little disappointing, and had to opt for a cold shower instead. Everything else was great!

We stayed 4 nights there. Stuff is super friendly and helpfull. There is a pool, a huge sitting & dinning area that you can use whenever you want. We love the location because you can reach shops, bars and warung by foot. Also, there is a gym 5 min walk from there. Very comfortable.

Nice pool and location, breakfast is okay!
Pretty expensive compared to what you get anywhere else in Lombok. Very basic and small rooms. They charge 3 times for laundry than anywhere else in Indonesia. We did laundry because we really needed to before going on a boat trip but they lost some of my clothes and denied it.

Very simple and run down place. Shower is a joke and the same goes for the shampoo and body wash dispenser. They're just for show and impossible to use. No functionality at all.
The ladies running the hotel are really kind while the man is somewhat rude.
Yes, there is an electric water kettle in the room and they give you some tea bags but if you want some water for your tea expect to pay for that.
Other, cheaper and more simple hotels offer you free water but not here and this hotel should really include that to save this planet from plastic bottles ending up on every beach.

The hotel is in a great quiet location, there are shops nearby, it's close to the main road, it's easy to find. The breakfast was excellent and the barmaid was very nice. The air conditioning worked, parking right on the premises. I also used the laundry - beautifully clean, but overpriced. The pool is big and clean.
Not recommended for elderly people with foot problems. There are high stairs everywhere. I reported a problem with the toilet flushing - it was not resolved. Big dirt under the bed. The WIFI in the room almost didn't work - I was advised to go to the balcony. Some days opposite in the restaurant noise until 3 in the morning.

Although I only stayed one night, the owner, staff, room and facilities exceeded my expectations. What an awesome place in the heart of Senggigi. Swimming pool was an absolute bonus and breakfast was awesome. Thanks for the warm and friendly stay.

It's in a great location just across the road from the beach and around a 10 min walk to water activities and nice restaurants. Great value for money. The staff are great

The hotel manager Arman was super friendly and helpful. He helped us get a scooter rental and provided us recommendations for food and places to visit around the area. The pool is very nice, and the wifi was strong. The room was clean, and we enjoyed our stay here.

It has a beautiful clean pool beneath a steep terraced wall. Views of the surrounding hills. The road outside is quite quiet..

Bed was good. Location close to center. Breakfast was ok.
Don't understand the good reviews, maybe it really depends on the room given. I had a ground floor room. The room smells, it's really disgusting. Airco could not remove it. The bathroom smells of sewer and looks old. Door to bathroom was falling out.
I know it's budget, but for a little bit more you can have something nicer.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Big pool and a great breakfast. Rooms are decent for what you pay for. Excellent laundry service. Lovely cafe and bar across the road with loads of great food options, as well as a shop with food fresh from the bakery and some western produce.
Slightly outdated, but still good for the price. Everything in Senggigi is relatively spread out, but this hotel isn't too far - only about 15 minute walk from the centre of Senggigi and about 3 minutes to the nearest beach.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable, aircon always a plus and provided bottles of water also. Pool was also lovely and clean.
Owners were incredible friendly and helpful, did everything they could when we had a few issues booking boats and taxis.
