The owner and staff were very accomodating. The place has it's own restaurant but room service was availed. Food was good and reasonably priced. Pool was clean however due to rain the water was turning to green. Parking facility in the premises made it very convenient. Housekeeping was prompt and rooms were cleant and toiletries replenished every day.
There is a need to find a solution to the garden mosquitoes so that we can enjoy the balcony facility in the evening and night. A little landscaping with flowering plants and decorative lights around the pool and property would have enhanced the ambience.

We were pleasantly surprised with this guest house. The room was spotless, very comfortable beds and brilliant shower. The staff were all very helpful, couldn't do enough for us. The little restaurant at the back was fantastic. Ash, the chef, wa fabulous. The food was some of the best we have had in South Goa. Simple but very very tasty. The garlic prawns were the best. It's very quiet and peaceful.
This is not about being better, but you need to be aware that you need a scooter or a taxi to get into the bigger towns. You could also take the local bus. Roy rents out scooters. They were very helpful with ordering taxis and gave us lists of available taxis to use.

Best thing was the restaurant. Food was really tasty and cheap! Swimming pool was a good extra
We stayed in wooden house. Bathroom was bit crazy with plastic sheets. Simply tiling would resolve the issue.

I booked this place for my Parents who mentioned that they enjoyed their stay there. The hosts and staff were friendly and helpful. The Environment was serene, and additional services were offered on request.
