The apartment was very cute in a great location. Very close to the center but in a quiet small street. The little elevated living room looked out over the city centre and was a nice place to sit together planning trips. Conveniently close to different kinds of public transport. The inside of the apartment had a very comfortably authentic feel with lots of wood showing. Although the apartment warmed up quite significantly during the day, it also cooled down within minutes when we opened the windows and turned on the fans when we returned to it. Someone welcomed us on arrival with explanation and sight seeing tips. It was very easy to access the apartment because of the door code system.

A few factual things about the apartment should be mentioned. It is rather cramped and up on the fourth floor with narrow stairs. Cramped meaning that there is very little space around the beds in the rooms, the bathroom is compact, and the kitchen is tiny but is open towards the small living room. The streets outside are quite steep and you have to walk a bit until your reach open squares and public transport. All of these aspects didn't bother us at all, but know that this is how it is. We found two marks on the bedsheets, but otherwise the apartment was completely clean.

The apartment was lovely had everything we needed for our stay. The location was great too just a 5 min walk to the shops. Would recommend it.

Apart from the steps up to the apartment which we didn't find a problem but if you struggle with mobility it wouldn't be any good for you.

The place is just perfect! Gonçalo and Particia were very helpful! Gonçalo gave us a lot of useful information before arrival and Patricia spent with us around 30 minutes to explain us everything. The appartement is very nice and cozy and clean! Great location, everything is very close. I really recommend this place!

Great location, the property is nice and really cozy. All cooking facilities are available. If you need to wash clothes, there’s a laundry within 3 minutes’ walk. The hosts are very attentive and helpful - absolutely off the charts. Good value for money.

We Liked the location, very convenient for metros and there were numerous very good restaurants nearby. The apartment was well equipped and we were met and welcomed. The hosts had done their best to make it comfortable. It was on a quiet street.

'Cozy' means small. It was very small, particularly the bedroom and the washbasin was outside the bathroom. It would certainly not accommodate four people. We would also not choose to be on the ground floor again for two reasons: we could not safely leave the window open overnight and secondly whoever was upstairs was very noisy.

It was our second time in this apartment and even though 3 years have passed, the place is in very good condition. The rooms are small but you have everything you need. The beds are comfortable and the location of the apartment is great- right in the heart of Lisbon. There is a small grocery shop nearly next door where you can buy basic breakfast groceries as well as some very well priced local and Asian restaurants on the same street. It was also very easy to check in and check out and we were greeted by Claudia who was very helpful and nice. Highly recommended especially that we came back to the same place.

our apartment was on the 4th floor - which we knew before- so no surprises and complaints. Just a word of warning to be aware of the fact that it's an old building with high floors and steep stairs. We didn't mind but other people could find it really difficult.
