KOKO HOTEL Hakata Station

High quality boutique hotel with excellent staff service and high levels of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel. Nice touches like help yourself amenities and tea/coffee in reception. Liked the cities theme in the hotel - gave it a bohemian vibe. In a great area - very safe with access to nightlife nearby and convenience stores. Breakfast was very good with more catering for Japanese tastes ( naturally ) but still a very good choice with very good staff that go the extra mile.

Nothing.

Great small hotel, not far from Hakata station. Staff were very helpful, allowed us to check in early and stored luggage on departure for free. Compact room, very comfortable and good amenities included. Air con highly effective. Extra bath salts, shampoos, vast selection of drinks, toiletries all available in reception area. Excellent price breakfast available. Washing machines available for only 200 yen. Perfect for a stay in Fukoaka 💚

Nothing, everything was excellent

Nice hotel near the airport. Quiet neighbourhood.

Mainly because the location and the wide range of amenities it provided

It need some improvement as my previous stay the room was outdated
