Royal Palm Tower Indaiatuba

The hotel is clean, the room is comfortable, and the breakfast is very good. The gym is also a good size and is well equipped with quality equipment.

There were no cleaning cloths or alcohol-based sanitizer available in the gym for guests to disinfect the equipment. The room we were given overlooked an industrial warehouse, which made for a very unattractive view. There was also a considerable amount of noise, which was quite unpleasant. The swimming pool is extremely small. There were also some vultures in the pool’s solarium area, which was rather unpleasant. Regarding the parking, it would be more convenient to have a self-parking option, allowing guests to park their own cars without having to request assistance from the valet service.

Multiple guests complaints: terrible breakfast. Everthing dry or old (Probably reused from convention from day before?!) Breads, croissants etc... all hard and dry... After providing feedback, only reaction was "we are sorry to her that, we will inform the chef". Extremelly disappointing.
