Capace Hotel Gangnam

The staff was very nice and the room was comfortable. We plan on staying here again.

Neighborhood didn't have as many restaurants or playgrounds nearby as other neighborhoods we stayed at.

Good location to subway and there are many restaurants and convenient stores nearby.

Security. There are no access card security in the elevator to the rooms. This should be implemented to enhance security and safety of guests.

The large layout, the beautiful big bed and sink area and marble was very nice and large also Staff onsite were wonderful. Very friendly and helpful front desk. I sent messages to ask for things, as we were out many days, and the receptionists kindly delivered these to our door.

That the property would NOT let me cancel my booking - and rebook - after I saw the same stay advertised several hundred pounds cheaper on a different travel site. I asked them several times and they refused over and over again I even asked them if they would add a discount and told them about the better price, they refused Would also have liked a bath as well as a shower, so we had the option. Later on in stay I saw a bath next door and was very disappointed our room had not got one - nor had they asked or offered us a choice or option of a bath on check in

The size of the rooms were good

I made a mistake with my booking. I ended up booking three nights, but I only needed to book 2 nights. I asked for a refund and I didn’t get it. I was a bit frustrated with that with leaving a day early and having to lose the money also, the beds are too hard. I didn’t really sleep very well
