Izu Marriott Hotel Shuzenji

I like the room with private onsen

Smoking area not so clean.

Fenster nicht sauber

The hotel is located in a nice and peaceful environment with a great view

Limited dining choices and expensive

The room was nice and big, we had an onsen, which was really nice

The hotel is very old, which is noticeable when walking around in the hotel. the pictures don’t look like reality, they use a weird filter for all the pictures, or increased the brightness by a lot. The shared pool and spa area feels worn out and needs a renovation. It looked like there is a lot of mold ob the ceilings. Go there by car if you can, because eating in the only restaurant available inside of the hotel is ridiculously expensive. Value for money overall is not good to me and I would visit this hotel again.
