The apartment, amenities within. You don't need to take bed sheets or towels etc. It's all there for you. Great communication from the owners and staff. Very safe too.
Very nice and comfortable stay. Staff and owners were lovely and communication was excellent.

The place is just like the photos. Facilities are a must for families and you can find a lot of them here. Location is exceptional for sure, close to markets, drugstores and good places to have a meal for a non-expensive price. Getting back to Gramado, this host will be our first option.
Nothing at all.
