Excellent location between the Pompidou center and the town hall.
Interesting furnished interior.
Problems with the technical condition of the bathrooms. In two of the three, the water was not hot enough.

Good location, lots of space for the family to hang out. furnishings and decor were nice, it felt like home.
some rooms were small and had no outdoor ventilation. Some basics were provided but not soap or shampoo.

big tv, big living room and dinning room with high ceiling, a old and new mixed together. Very quiet location with a good frontage facing a garden. Toilet on the second floor is ok but the ground floor needs renovation. Very nice garden facing the apartment which is a blessing bec. room lack windows!
In fact I consider the place has a provincial flair. But the location is great.
1. Old toilet broken handle on the ground floor and bathtub not draining quickly and old kitchen faucet.
2. Entrance to the place is like "its not safe to enter" bec. of lack of lighting to the place and a bit 17th century saging floor.
3. THE BEDROOM AT THE GROUND FLOOR HAS NO WINDOW outside only inside. Rooms at the second floor has tiny window outside.
4. BEDS ARE SAGGING needs replacement
