Personnel
Didn’t give me the right room that I have booked. I got downgraded and didn’t refund the difference. They dis nothing to resolve the problems. Food ok 6/10 no tropical fruits.

I love everything about this trip the staff were so helpful and nice and where very helpful with my child and giving a helping hand when ever I needed it or didn't even ask.
I didn't like the over priced taxis it seemed a lot and I just wasn't happy about that. also not bein able to have visitors after all the money that was put out.

Location is okay but the front desk staff was the worse I book a junior suite I was given a room for 2 and it was 3 of us for the same price very unfair
I booked for two nights I was told after the first night that am on check out how rude of them on my money

Staff was awesome. They made the experience that much better. Special mentions to Regina at check-in. Jonoy at the Italian restaurant and Dwayne at the bar.
I wish there were larger pools.

The beach and it’s facilities were great. A lot of pools to choose from.
The rooms were average, the food quality was good but lack of variety. The staff wasn’t friendly enough and I think this is to do with 2 things…..we are from Jamaica but live in the UK so I think they feel they don’t have to make the effort for “locals” and also they expect a tip always. Stayed in a few hotels were you’re not allowed to tip the staff and they were much more friendly.

The coffee in my room was expired and also no iron board in one of my rooms. I went to front desk only to hear they did not have anymore.

The proximity to the beach is unbeatable. Some of the staff were real gems keeping the place going (Jason, Neresha, Keneatha). Excellent kids playhouse run by JoJo who was so accommodating and wonderful with my son.
The food in general was awful. Not just the quality but availability - half the restaurants were closed but you didn’t know which ones until you got there. Then when you found one they were missing half the menu.

My stay at the resort was been a big disappointment! Two hours of wait for room service. The juice wasn't 100% juice. It was syrup base orange, pineapple, and cranberry juice. Disgusting! Every morning, by 9 am, they would run out of fruits, syrup, and juice. I can't eat waffles or pancakes without syrup.
Furthermore, the alcohol was minimal, tasted like water, and wasn't premium liquor. After 5 pm, The resort didn't have anymore tequila, vodka, champagne, etc. The food was horrible! Not authentic Jamaican food. It was more Americanized. When I asked to speak with a manager to voice my concerns/complaints, no one was ever available, and no one returned my call. This property is considered All Inclusive, and it's far from it. I paid almost $1800 for all-inclusive experience and it was a waste of money! I had to spend more money to eat food off the property. Don't waste your time coming here!!

I like the Swim up room But my first night I was placed in a room which was not the category i Booked and Paid for. I was very upset and disappointed, sad and totally inconvenient.!!!
I was relocated to the swim up room the second day of stay.
Check in staffs could have been honest taking hours to check in was the worst experience i ever have in checking in anywhere in the world. It was my Wife birthday and she Missed the Swim Up room she requested for her day even after I made several calls to ensure a smooth time for her....
So sorry I took her to Azul
I was expecting more as a returning Guest.... So sad

Entertainment staff were good and reception staff were nice
some staff were friendly, others were absolutely rude. We were made to feel like other guests had a more of a right to use the cabanas on the beach. A couple left a cabana for 4 hours and we sat on it because the guests that were sitting next to the cabana said no one had been there for 3-4 hours. When the guest returned demanding to get the cabana again the beach attendant came over and was sooooo rude to us. telling us to get up ,when he did not know nor did he ask for the back story. And after that he was giving us dirty looks on the beach and never came back to ask us if we wanted a drink or anything. I could not believe it, I'm still in shock. Never ever have I been treated like that in any Resort around the world. When we told who was suppose to be his manager at the time, she said she would look into it but nothing was done. When we were checking out we mention it and nobody knew anything about it, so the staff were lying to us also. Luckily we were able to leave and go back to ochi.
Also the resort look like a high end luxury resort like Moon Palace in ochi but when you get there its quite old. Not very modern, blocks are kind of set up like challis. my room was very very very for from the main part of the resort.

unable to accommodate our beed of rooms next to each other despite being a family.
chicken and popular items run out soon during lunch if you dont grab it quickly.
lots of staff but no delivery. rooms were given to us late. the beach has very little service for food and drinks. attention given to their elite members. apparently we have a butler to take care of needs but she could t deliver beds or towels or any of the things she was responsible for.
the amount of entertainment for kids is limited. pools aren’t great they are more suited to adults.

imagine how cold taking showers with cold waters early morning, it continued since day 1 checked in on Friday Oct 28 2022, checked out on Monday Oct 31 2022.
i continually took show with cold water for 3 nights.
I complained front desk several times since day 1 , no one help, they kept saying the hotel was fully occupied, no another room was available. we were fixing the issues. But no one fixed it.
I leaned this is the way this hotel is operated, they do not care about a small customer ou solo traveler.
