スタッフの対応も親切、丁寧でした。チェックイン前、チェックアウト後、共に荷物を預かっていただき、カフェスペースもゆっくり利用できました。 お部屋は最上階の13階、角部屋でとても広くてびっくり、お掃除も行き届いていて清潔でした。 朝食のビュッフェは口コミ通り、和洋揃っていて種類も多くて大満足でした。 全てにおいて料金以上のお得感あり、素晴らしいです。名古屋に行く機会があれば、次回も是非伺います。有り難うございました！

The property has a very nice location. A few mins walk to the train station. A few mins. walk will also lead you to restaurants, bars and combini.

房間雖然不大，但以這樣的價格已經是滿好的，櫃臺人員很有禮貌、餐廳員工也很親切，房間有4個插座和4個USB孔很夠用，離伏見E出口最近，走路1分鐘，E出口開放時間7:30-23:00，3號出口也不遠，早餐還不錯，有麵包、麵條、飯、現打果汁、牛奶、咖啡機和水果、湯，浴室有浴缸，熱水供應良好，房務清潔很好，有保險箱可以使用，提供大小毛巾、吹風機、牙刷牙膏，被子不夠可以跟櫃臺拿毯子，下次來也會選擇這裡。

Atendimento excelente! o tamanho do quarto e banheiro são grandes. A sala do café da manhã também e grande comparado a de outros hotéis.

Achamos que o quarto não estava bem limpo principalmente o banheiro/ ofurô deixou a desejar na limpeza. O corredor estava com cheiro desagradável.

Staff were very courteous. The rooms are clean. Thank you for the free tea and coffee and cold water. Microwave in every floor. Near several train stations. A few minutes walk will get you to many restaurants and combini.

Breakfast was the same everyday.

ロケーションは、想像と違い少し良くなかったです。 しかし、特に問題はなかったので大丈夫です。 今後は、駅からの距離や近くにある建物をチェックするようにします。

There is a breakfast area that you can use as a lounge, or as a place to eat your snacks at night, which was convenient. They offered free coffee and tea as well. A buffet breakfast with limited choices was available, with vegetarian options if you’re careful in choosing what to eat.

There was mold on the lid of the water tank of the humidifier, and a bit of dust on the air conditioning unit. I have asthma, so that’s not a good combination for my lungs.

Very organised and clean, breakfast was friendly and refreshing. Guest services excellent. Tanaka, the gentleman at the reception was very focused on excellent customer services and helped with check in and storing our luggage. He was very hard working professional
