The swimming pool, gardens and pool bar/cafe were excellent and the staff were exceptional

Lovely garden and pool, bar staff very very friendly. Poolside bar food was very good and very good value for money. Overall great stay.

I didn't like when I got home at night after coming out of the elevator it was very dark and hard to find the light switch . Also the pool beds were very hard and had no covers. And no umbrellas so no shade..

It was not a hotel, we had whole flat for ourselves, with access to very well maintained pool. This place was very quiet and quite remote and we really liked it. We had a car so we could do grocery shopping in local Intermarche and visit beautiful beaches in Alvor area. We traveled with 6 and 3 years old and we cooked ourselves daily. They had a very nice selection of Portuguese food in local supermarket.
