Alex at the reception was the most welcoming and helpful guy I've met in a hotel for years (thank you). The room was clean, nice and comfy. The location was 5 minutes walk to the bus hub which is super helpful if you're planning to use public transport.

As other reviews have pointed out, it is a noisy central area. Not their fault but as an architect i would strongly recommend to change the single glazed balcony sliding doors into double glazed, which would improve the big issue. If you have a light sleep this would not be comfy at all!

Staff were very welcoming, couldn’t do enough for you, excellent location, very clean

The beds were uncomfy and only one pillow

Perfectly located for he bear subset strip. Thought it would be noisy but wasn’t. Had everything we needed for a base camp. Will stay again. Front desk staff very friendly.

Nothing

Good location and good facilities

We were put in a room which was above a club (the club is literally below the room) and we were up the whole night it was banging into to room, when it stopped people had speakers so it was never ending. We had a wedding the next day and we’d had pretty much no sleep. When asked to change rooms staff were a bit awkward tbh and said there were no other rooms until the manger came and said we could move, after the move the room was better and less noisy so we were glad to have moved.
