Room clean, modern, comfortable and spacious. Good wifi connection and speed so able to work remotely.

Noisy children and ball games made it harder to relax. Most of the reception staff were great but one was less so.

A fantastic location close to the beach. A great apartment that was clean, a good size and had everything we needed. Having a children's pool, accommodating and friendly staff along with a shop nearby and the beach to play on, made this an ideal choice for a toddler and parents. Having the microbrewery practically on site was a great choice for me.

I understand beds are personal choices but did find the bed in the main room very hard and found it difficult to sleep the sofa bed was much comfier

Location was further than expected.

Each time I have stayed at this hotel it has been a pleasure. The staff are exceptionally polite, friendly, and efficient. Each of them puts maximum focus on the guest's wellbeing and are always available with helpful tips. I stayed in a bungalow and the facilities were perfect. It was clean and spacious, and all required items were present throughout. Everything worked as it should - no problems. A couple of nights in April were chilly and additional blankets were located within the wardrobe. Rooms were refreshed and cleaned every second day. The pool is large, with lots of surrounding space. Port des Torrent beach is right on the doorstep. It's a delightful beach with sand, clear water and a nice sunset view. If walking is your thing, there are some lovely walks around the rugged coastline. The hotel is located outside of the main, bustling centre of San Antonio. It's a quiet area but it is only a 10 min drive from the centre. Buses also serve the route.

Family of four (still here leaving tomorrow) upon arrival we were welcomed by the lovely Gloria. She was very accommodating..we even got an upgrade which was nice. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Really modern apartments which get cleaned every other day. Shower was really powerful. Beds were comfortable, pool was clean and Sun beds were comfortable,Breakfast was a buffet style with a wide variety of choices. Plenty of pastries,breads, cerial, yogurts, fruits, beans, bacon and scrambled eggs, coffees and fruit juices. Shops are a short walk away but have everything you would need. The beach is literally 50 steps away. This is a perfect all rounder, it has somthing for every type of visitor. Will definitely be returning. Thanks you for a lovely stay.

Breakfast was poor

Receptionist at night was miserable We were told to be quiet as the kids wanted to play on the pool table they weren’t being overly noisy but he said he was working and we were disturbing him, never heard anything so silly in my life

Could not be more satisfied with the hospitality and profissionalism of the receptionists! The apartment has the perfect size for 2 people and all you need to spend 5 days or more. Housekeeping is excelent. Thanks! :)

The hotel is quite a bit further away from shops etc than we expected but we hired a car so that we could explore the island. Gloria on reception was amazing! Very helpful. The pool was freezing but we were there in October. The nearby beach was lovely especially for sunset.

The wifi is awful. 1 to 2 bars at best.

Great location, very well appointed with everything needed. Close to several excellent restaurants. Lovely pool.

The bungalow was very comfortable and had everything you may need.

The staff were not really helpful. Few times we wanted to know something regarding the area they kind of avoided us because they were not very knowledgeable. There's no port around the hotel so if you are planning to do a boat trip the jetty was destroyed so no more boats. You may consider bringing dish washing detergent and salt & olive oil etc.

Hotel was very clean and rooms in very good condition. Gloria was very welcoming and made us feel very welcome.

Numbers on rooms a little confusing

Gloria is the best! She was always there to help with anything we asked for, even though it is not easy at the moment with the pandemic and all the restrictions that come along with it. Thank you for a wonderful stay Gloria :).

When I woke up in the morning, I found 4 giant and still alive COCKROACH 🪳 🪳🪳🪳 in my apartment! I asked for an apartment change and I got it but even though I didn't feel comfortable till the end of my stay.
