Die Lage des Hotels ist idyllisch am Berg, keine Hektik und viel Natur direkt vor der Haustür.
Um kurz vom Berg Richtung Maribor zu fahren ist man mindestens 30 Minuten unterwegs. Beim Frühstück muss man Stoßzeiten vermeiden, ansonsten entsteht “Kantinenflair”.

Great spacious room with a lot of storage space, warm and clean, great beds, nice balcony and the views are beautiful. Bathroom is nice and quite big compared to many other similar hotels. SPA is excellent. Breakfast and dinner were great. Clean, cosy and quiet hotel to stay. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Free parking available both in front of hotel and next to the slopes.
Breakfast could start earlier than 8h00 as everyone wants to get to ski slopes as soon as possible so it gets very crowded if you go to breakfast at 8h00 and food can be scarce. Pool could be warmer for a more enjoyable experience. Wish that SPA and pool area were open a bit longer than 20h00 . In my opinion, for a hotel that has wellness and spa in the hotel name, I'm disappointed that sauna is paid extra, as well as bathrobes and additional towels for the pool all are paid extra.

The location of the hotel is just great
Wellnes & spa area were closed due to maintenance issue. Next day we could enter the swimming pool but no jacuzzi worked or saunas. Food was ok until we find some mould on the cheese and vegetables. Uncomfortable beds, aged rooms

"Wir waren in der Nebensaison, es waren nichtmal 10 Leute im Hotel, somit hatten wir angenehme Ruhe. Die Sauna war leider zu weil sie nur am Wochenende läuft aber der Pool war auch entspannt.
