El personal muy atento, la cercanía con la citè, que tenga parking gratuito y el desayuno muy completo. Las habitaciones para el tiempo que estás en ellas muy correctas.

Por poner alguna pega, el cierto de baño que podría haber alguna separación entre la ducha y el resto y evitar así mojar todo.

Hotel correcto ubicado en una ubicación MUY TOP, está realmente a escasos metros de la entrada principal de la Cité.

L'établissement et l'accueil étaient excellents. Proximité de la cité de Carcassonne, chambre spacieuse (un peu moins avec le lit bébé, mais indispensable quand on a un bébé) et propre. Petit déjeuner très complet avec la vue de la cité. Personnel aux petits soins de la clientèle.

Pas de repas prévu le soir, néanmoins il y a des commerces dans les rues à proximité de l'établissement.

Appena metti piede nella struttura, ti viene chiesto se intendi approfittare della colazione a pagamento. A risposta affermativa, vieni invitato a saldare subito, in anticipo, tutte le colazioni del tuo soggiorno. Sinceramente, troverei più gradevole attendere la fine del soggiorno o, almeno, permettere alle persone di vedere la stanza e capire meglio la posizione dei servizi circostanti Le stanze sono davvero microscopiche, utili per una permanenza breve.

Location was very close to the walled city. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was a big plus. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was secure parking . We would definitely stay here again.

Our room was tiny and right by the outdoor car park. The sun was streaming into our room so the curtains had to be closed the whole time in order to keep the room cool and this made it very dark so lights had to be put on which was not ideal. There is no way of getting to and from the car park other than walking around the building.
