Lo de las llaves mecánicas está obsoleto, te manejas con un par de juegos, una taquilla para coger la llave de la habitación…ufff, con lo sencillo que c es poner una cerradura electrónica

The hotel is very well located, the restaurants are close by and all attractions nearby. It has a vintage style and had everything we needed. The staff was very helpful and we enjoyed breakfast with a view. There is a sufficient choice for breakfast and everything was fresh and delicious.
No remarks for the hotel.

Our stay at Garni Central was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the sweet old lady at the breakfast counter. The hotel is located right at the Markplatz bus stop and a walking distance from the Triberg falls. All necessities like restaurants, bakeries, Edeka, etc are walkable. Most of all, our room had a balcony from where we got a fantastic view of the NYE firecrackers. We also received the "Konus" card on checking in with which we are able to visit the local tourist attractions for free and also ride the local public transport within Black Forest for free.

Very central and the owner was so helpful and nice. Breakfast was very good too.
The mattresses need to be changed ASAP. I woke up also with such a bad back.

The lady who greeted us on reception was lovely and welcoming.. unfortunately that’s all I can say.
When I looked at the photo it looks like a proper hotel building.. we arrived to find a door with the hotel name on it so went in to find ourselves in a hallway and had to go downstairs to find a lift to take us up to the hotel..
We were a bit nervous about this but it seems that the hotel occupied the top two floors of the building only. On first impressions we didn’t like it at all. The room looked ok so we stayed..BUT....
The rooms were so noisy being street facing and the walls so thin we could hear next doors conversation.
Breakfast was ok but I didn’t want the owners dogs being in the same room whilst we ate.

The breakfast had several items to satisfy different tastes and was located conveniently near the lobby. The coffee was wonderful and the view was beautiful. Cold cuts, fruit, soft-boiled eggs, cheeses, pastries, and more.

Room was fairly spacious and clean. Nice balcony overlooking the town. Conveniently located very near restaurants, supermarket, shops and Triberg waterfall. Great spread of food for the breakfast buffet.
The lift up to the hotel is small and shared with some other tenants, and you need to drag your bag up a few steps. Queen bed is actually 2 single beds put together. Mattress was not very comfortable. The church bell across the street rings very loudly at around 7am. Good if you want to have an early start to the day, bad if you want to sleep in.

Good location in the middle of the town centre. Excellent breakfast with variety of food. You get gratis Triberg card here which gives you free entrance to waterfalls, Scwarzwald museum, Instagram museum, minitrain museum, swimming pool and public transport.
Rooms were old and simple but clean. Hotel located at the 3rd floor accessible with small elevator. It was not possible to pay by credit card as described in booking. Cash only.

Great location for visiting the waterfalls and seeing the local shops. The owner was happy to let us check in early and leave our luggage in the room and go see the falls.

location superb, close to bus stop, attractions like waterfall, museum, fantasy. shops like 1000 clocks, oli, kuckucknest, edeka, Ross Mann and so many eateries nearby. host is very observance and efficient, she lend us a kettle to make coffee when she saw us back from shopping with coffee. very comfortable bedding and quiet surrounding only with sound from waterfall, slept well.

Perfect location, very nice staff, excellent breakfast. This was really good value for money, and it was not expensive. We would gladly stay here again.

The location was excellent, the person greeting on arrival was friendly, and the bed was comfortable. We could use more pillows.
- The toilet had dried, crusted feces on the lid, on the upper side of the seat, and underneath the seat. We brought Lysol wipes and had to clean it up.
- The floors were filthy. I was walking barefoot, noticed my feet getting dirty, put on a white sock which also became dirty under. We wiped the bathroom floor with Lysol, but when walking on the room floors we had to use flip-flops.
- The room was south-facing, super warm, and there was neither air-conditioning, nor fans available.

Breakfast was fantastic. The host was very friendly and helpful, she spoke wonderful English. The location is perfect in the center of town. Easy to walk to all the sites in Triberg.

Location perfect and staff decent. The price comes with a free admission to several places, free use of transport and free breakfast.
No mention of free admission to visit places nor free local transport when booking so we were not able to use the offer.
