it was our second stay in this hotel - what can I say more ? :) huge benefit is the quiet environment; shade of huge trees; the swimming pool; stylish look of the hotel, great location, nice breakfast; friendly helpful staff etc

The overall experience was good, the pool and the sauna was nice and the breakfast was versatile and delicious. The stuff was very friendly.

The bed was terrible. The mattress wanted to fall down from the bed itself every time I moved, and although we found an extra small pillow, the big pillow was so flat that it wasn’t comfortable. The toilet also wasn’t the best, because of the radiator it was hard to use, and the quality of the toilet paper was awful.

We arrived late because of rail delays and cancellations that day, but the night receptionist was pleasant and very helpful. Wine was needed and the bottle purchased was excellent value for money. The room itself was too cool to be comfortable, though the bed was. Bedroom temperature was warmer for the second night. Unfortunately we were 'out of season', only one other room was occupied and the lack of guests significantly marred the ambience within and at breakfast, which was adequate and at which staff provided a choice for hot food. Location was very convenient for the railway station.

The room was not serviced for the second day/night, the cool temperature of the bedroom on arrival, towels that had seen better days, ants in the bedroom [near the window] and the emptiness of the hotel; other than the proximity of the hotel to the Station, Balatonfoldvar lacks anything to support travellers! Do not go there out of season.

Close to the lake Balaton Nice room, good breackfast. Good comunication with the staff. Free parking

Very nice hotel in a villa. Polite and committed staff. Great experience overall.
