Moxy Barcelona

Close to Estacion Sants. Nice neighbourhood.

Servicing of room was a little poor. Cups, milk etc not replenished.

I really appreciated the good accessibility of the hotel for wheelchair users. There are lifts that provide access to all floors, which is very convenient. It is also helpful that you can contact the staff by phone whenever assistance is needed. I particularly appreciated the accessible and conveniently designed toilet, which made transferring from a wheelchair much easier.

The bed in the accessible room was too high because it had two mattresses placed on top of each other. This made transferring from the wheelchair to the bed and back quite difficult and uncomfortable. I would recommend leaving only one mattress on the bed in an accessible room, or simply removing one of the mattresses when requested by a wheelchair user. This would make the bed height much more suitable and significantly improve accessibility and ease of transferring.

stylish, modern, clean ,near to the train station, dog friendly

Stayed two separate nights, booking a more expensive room with additional sofa bed, which wasn't made up on arrival, not normally a big deal but each time the in room phone didn't work so then had the hassle of going down to reception, queuing again for nearly 30 minutes to ask for this request. ON the second occasion, I had actually emailed and got a confirmation that the sofa bed would be made up and it wasn't. I was told by the receptionist that I needed to put a fake third person on the booking otherwise the request would be ignored, which was the case!

Nice Rooftop Bar and Pool, nice meeting rooms and chill our area on the third floor, great location, a few steps tp "Sants Estacio"

Very basic room equipment, floor and walls are "naked" which amplifies all noise, very basic building structure. My neighbor had to leave at 4 AM, it sounded as he was pulling his trolley in my room...an hour later my neighbor to the other side, not a comfortable sleep....
