Reception staff, breakfast staff and cleaners were welcoming, efficient and helpful.
We liked the bottles of water in the room, the macarons and the chocolates. The Nespresso machine in the room was a lovely touch.
We received a voucher for an aperitivo on an evening of our choice and were treated to a glass of Prosecco and a variety of delicious finger foods. An unexpected but welcome gesture.
We would have liked to have milk in the room to use with the coffee or the tea.
A small magnifying mirror in the bathroom would be an added touch for those of us who need to wear glasses; it helps when applying make up.

Abigail served breakfasts with speed and with a smile. She made GREAT cappucinos! From the moment of our arrival, Olga expertly suggested, submitted, confirmed, changed, and reconfirmed dinner reservations and taxi arrivals. She's a marvel of efficiency and a darling person.
We loved everything.

The reception at checkin was warm and gracious. Everyone was so nice and friendly. The room was spacious, bright and inviting. Loved out stay. Location was great. Breakfast was good and checkout was easy. Front desk reserved our taxi and made it very accommodating. Loved the kitchenette area and the large bathroom/shower.
We did have unexpected construction noise early morning outside the bathroom window. Very loud. Didn't expect this but was probably from building next door. Front desk was not aware but we felt it was not their fault.

Clean and convenient for a city trip due to location
It’s truly liberating when you know you can turn back to hotel when you feel tired, recharge and keep going.
Breakfast was ‘tutto bene’ with all prosciuttos, cheese, etc.
Stuff was above and beyond.
Everything was fine
