Location was great and generally quiet
Check in was fine but when I got to the room someone was already in there
Poor show but did find another room and I noticed more people had issues
Some staff sounded like they had Covid or flu but didn’t stop them serving in the restaurant with out a mask

Hotel itself is set in a lovely location.
On arrival the person behind reception we felt was not very friendly. The person behind the bar was more helpful and gave us more information.

Very good 3* hotel in Hardelot. Lovely grounds in the forest, decent and comfortable rooms for 3*, great bar with snooker table, decent à la carte restaurant, outdoor pool, close proximity to two excellent golf courses, one mile to a lively beach resort, free parking
Very happy with hotel overall, but would recommend they show TV sports in the bar as more than 50% of customers were there to play golf. Internet connectivity is a bit unreliable. Check in time is overly rigid at 4pm, it should be possible to be a bit more flexible. On two separate visits, the restaurant has insisted on reservations, but in reality it was only 2/3 full, be careful or customers will find other options in town

Room was large and bed very comfortable
We were only told day before our arrival and only because I confirmed booking, that our dog was not allowed in restaurant if breakfast room so they would not be able to accommodate us for meals. The hotel kept telling me I had already been told this at booking but I had not. If you are after a dog friendly hotel, this is not it.

"Die Lage ist sehr gut, die Zimmer sind schön und sauber, jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbüffet war gut bestückt."
