Reception staff were very helpful. The room was okay, nothing special, basic, but no issues.
The breakfast was the bare minimum and the lady preparing it was not helpful, calling over to come and collect the tray from the counter. There was only 1 other person in the restaurant so it wasn't busy!

The hotel was excellent overall. The room was comfortable and clean, and having secure parking available was a big plus. The reception staff, however, were a bit hit and miss — sometimes helpful and friendly, but not always as welcoming or attentive as expected. Overall, though, we had a very pleasant stay and would consider staying here again.
Overall, the hotel has good potential, but the breakfast definitely needs significant improvement.

Friendly staff, clean room, close to a supermarket and the metro station. A good size mini fridge. Nice and quiet. Breakfast included.
No amenities, no shampoo no kettle to boil water for thee no safe to store valuables. There were two mattresses on a two person bed, one was good the other uncomfortably worn. The hotel is located on an industrial area. No buffet breakfast but a pre made plate.

The location is easy to locate with enough parking spots. The staff is friendly but don't seem to have many options to assist you due to management limitations.
It seems the hotel is not managed well in terms of maintaining the facilities up to date. The bed sheets were poorly kept, not enough sheets were available - the staff does it best but it seems they have limited resources to keep the property up to standards due to limited resources. The rooms are not well sound-proofed and you can heal all conversations happening in the hallways.

"Meine Navigeuse hatte tatsächlich leichte Schwierigkeiten das Hotel zu finden, es liegt außerhalb des Zentrums im Industriegebiet, am besten man orientiert sich an dem großen Decathlon Schild. Ist man..."
