Warm welcome - although we arrived late evening, due to a delayed flight, the hosts were ready and waiting for us (after giving directions by WhatsApp) to show us to the apartment and explain the location. Great location - from here you can drive to Pisa, Lucca and Siena all within 1 hour. There is a Lidl in the local town Castelfiorentino which is just 15 mins away, which also has a train station with regular service to Florence (takes 45-50 mins) which we’d recommend as driving/parking in Florence is difficult. Perfect surroundings- for walking, exploring, wildlife (owls, deers, birds of prey) and magical Tuscan sunsets!

We love Buon Riposo for its calm and romantic atmosphere. The family is very kind and they care for houses and vicinity very well. The houses are very nice, the pool is clear and magically. Our apartment La Margherita was wonderful. We love everything there. The locality is the best. You can rich all recommended cities in one our. 👍
