Hienot isot altaat ja kiva ranta. Monta ravintolaa josta valita. Aivan ihana hotelli! Iso leikkipuisto lapsille, todella hyvä :) Ruokaa saatavilla kokoajan, aikuiseen makuun varsinkin.

Juomat maistuivat laimennetuilta (alkoholi ja limsat). Lapsen kannalta illallinen myöhäinen klo 18.30-->. Snack baarissa klo 15-18.30 saatavilla vain pizzaa/jäätelöä/gyros/ranskalaiset. 1.5 vuotias ei näitä syönyt. Lapsille voisi olla enemmän snack vaihtoehtoja varsinkin, kun illallinen niin myöhäinen. 1 hklö vuoteissa tuntui jouset läpi selkään.

Loved that it was a huge resort, but didn't feel too crowed. Loved the main restaurants breakfast where the chef made me eggs as I asked. Really enjoyed the pools and the beach. The pizzas were excellent. Loved that your room was cleaned and you got fresh towels daily.

I didn't like that you had to get up early to 'reserve' a sun lounger at the pool area - if you didn't do it by 8.30am you didn't get one until late in the afternoon. The resort is a bit 'tired', but it was still a great stay.

Brilliant staff. Always happy and fast to help. Exceptionally clean. Amazing animation team. Fab value for a 4 staff. Lovely pools.

No tea cups in the room for the kettle

The hotel is quite comfortable, the staff is polite and more or less friendly. We arrived earlier than check-in time, still they managed to find a room in an hour or so, which is really nice when you travel with 2 children. A lot of swimming pools which is definitely good for the kids, they didn't get bored. Dinners are good most of the times, especially sea food Tuesdays.

1) Ants! Ants everywhere in the room, even in my bed! I couldn't sleep one night because I found ant in my eye and after this every time I tried to sleep I got awaken by an ant on me. In the morning I went to reception and had my room cleaned and desinsected, but in the evening ants came back. I went to reception again and had my room cleaned again, very thoroughly this time, and they used some kind of ants spray, and its smell is something we had to live with for the whole night, and the ants were gone for 1 day, but the second day they came back again. The hotel stuff said it was possible to change the room but we only had 2 days left and I assumed there'll be ants in other rooms, too, so I didn't want to change rooms for the sake of unpredictable result. 2) Breakfast is a bit poor, every time the same. It's ok for 2 or 3 days, but if you plan to stay longer it gets more and more difficult every day to find something you want for breakfast. Not a lot of healthy staff if you don't like sweet pastry or fried food for breakfast. Interesting fact - you can have free oranges but if you want to have fresh juice from free oranges - you have to pay 2.5 euro per glass, that's a bit surprising. Lunch is not always as diversified as I expected. Ice cream is not tasty, even my kids who like ice cream a lot only tried it once and never wanted it again. Dinners are usually good and more diverse, this is the only time you can expect more or less Turkish all inclusive. 3) The beach is not suitable for the kids. There are waves all the time and the water seems not really clean. We rented a car and visited other beaches so I can compare. 15 mins from the hotel are beaches with crystal clear still water (Kalathos beach), not to mention Kallithea (hopefully written correctly) and other places. My advise is to rent a car if possible and explore every corner of the beautiful island of Rhodes, this hotel is not worth spending all your days in.

Location was great, large area with big amount of pools. Clean rooms. Very nice staff.

This was our first expirience of All -inclusive holidays. We highly recommend this hotel to our friends and family and definately will come back. The personel is very helpfull. Special " thanks" to Oleksandr, the waiter from the main restourant, who took a fery good care of us during meal time. The room was very spacious and clean. The cleaning lady was very kind to change the blankets once we had a bespoke need. The food was very tasty and there was a big variety of meals. Even late buffet from 22.00 till 24.00 :) As we arrived late due to a delayed flight we were wellcome with some sandwiches at the reception desk and friuts and a bottle of wine in the room. Animation team - good job, very well done. In general - highly recommend!

Next time we will take special water shoes to enter the sea just for better convinience. I think there is an informal rule to reserve the sunbeds by placing towels on them. People do that even before 8 a.m. (however there is a note that towels placed before 8 a.m will be removed) and it happend to do not find any free just after 8 a.m. People do not take off towels if not using the sunbeds, unfortunately. So the first come, the first served rule applies.

Firstly this is a huge establishment and I would say is a ‘family friendly’ hotel because there are children everywhere. We went for a couple of days to this hotel because my sister and family had booked for a week. In my opinion the hotel is somewhat dated in parts and could do with some renovation. We went for the all inclusive option which was something we would not normally do. We found the spirits to be a little weak, however if you ask the bar staff for more gin and less tonic they will happily accommodate you. I have always found tipping staff a good way of getting that extra bit of service and that most certainly worked at this hotel. The red and white wine in the restaurants were more than acceptable and we now have a new love for Greek wines. The food in the buffet was again acceptable with fresh salads, fruits and a good selection of hot food. As a couple would we return to this hotel? Yes if my family decided to return, no if they didn’t because the hotel is all about families.

The hotel is rather dated. The beds are not that comfortable. There is a gyros / pizza snack bar by the beach. They never seem to get the timing right because they always run out of gyros at 3pm when all the other food outlets are closed? The staff in this snack bar do seem quite grumpy, however if they are not supplied with the right equipment to cook more gyros then you can see why!!

We were here for a wedding so was great for kids

Sun beds took up at 8.00 in a morning. No control with 50 % left free most of the day. Was nt over impressed with food but would nt normally go all inclusive si is what it is I suppose.
