Location was good, across from a mall in a very ( but expensive) safe part of bogota
Our room was sparsely furnished, one single extra bed instead of the two promised

Spacious, comfortable rooms; delicious breakfast and on-site restaurant options; ideal location; very family friendly with areas to move about within the facilities; friendly, responsive staff
One negative is that the hotel has a laborious check-in process (many forms to sign) - Overall, it was great - We decided to stay on both front and end sides of our stay in Bogota

Old flats, tap water smells bad
The kitchen super old , but was was outrageous was that I was travelling with my kids , and they are not included in the breakfast. Is written in the conditions but very hidden . However it saids that children under 11 are included in the breakfast, my kid is 11 and the hotel forces me to pay extra fee about 20 usd for each day . Also you are not allowed to have guests after 8pm ..
