The service was really good, most of them are very friendly. The facilities are a bit old but still in good condition. The location is good as it is opposite the Suria Sabah. You can go shopping everyday. The jetty is nearby too. The hotel is near to the sea, meaning you can see the seaview everyday.
The facilities are a bit old and old fashion. I believe many youngster will not book this hotel.

good enough, i don’t hv to wait longer at the lift, the room was spacious, big windows so that i can see KK’s view

The staff here are really friendly and responsive to requests and questions.They all had a lovely smile and were very proactive with service.
The hotel and facilities are old but you can tell the quality of the furniture is good. I had a really good sleep here.
It's located just opposite of a shopping mall and the location is overall superior.
The towels were so old they had holes in them, I do think that it would be nice for the bathrooms in the hotel rooms to be refurbished and the tiles do look bit grim.
They only had 2 sockets in our room and one of them was not working.
