pool was closed for almost all of our stay which we didn’t know beforehand, the pool was one of the main reasons we booked. fitness suite was also not great but there is a well equipped gym downstairs you can use for only 100 baht

Not bad for this price and 3 stars. Clean, comfy, but a little bit old

Positives: good location, has gym, pool and sauna.

Negatives: no airport pick-up for international travelers, staff speak very little English, customer service is near non-existent, air conditioners and shower units are old and don’t function well.

Location suited us as we were leaving on a boat tour from Chalong Pier next day. Room was clean and comfortable, good value for money. Some nice restaurants 10min walk from the hotel towards the pier.

Nothing but the hotel is on a busy road so might not be comfortable for a longer stay.

Non Room Service No Restaurant (Because COVID Customers Down) Another are Nothing Almost Best for Me!!!

All the staff, including the maids were helpful. We had the buddha mountain view with sunny the balcony in the afternoon and quiet in the evening. The beds are big and comfortable. The gym room and the swimmig pool are OK. It's a good place if you want to go for excursion from the Chalong pier or any other because they will come to pick you up. It's perfect if you have a car or a two-wheels vehicle because there is no the beach around. Free water every day. A lot shops and restaurants around.

We should have kitchenware but there were not even one pot to cook. We asked one but it never came. We had only one remote control for the air-Conditioning for the 3 rooms which was inconvenient to use it during the night. The wi-fi was weak but fortunately we travel with a wifi-repeater that's helped a lot. The environment it not ideal and the road under constrution doesn't help. It's difficult and not nice to walk around and it's a challange to cross the road. It's the first time that I have to paid for having broken a glass in a hotel. Also, don't go out with the flip flops at your disposal in the room becaus, if like me, someone steal them at the swimming pool you will have to paid for it. You can buy water, beer and snacks at anytime that's helpful if you arrive late.
