I stayed at this hotel on May 12 and was quite disappointed with the front desk service. The receptionist on duty needs to maintain a more professional, polite, and welcoming attitude toward guests. Furthermore, it is clear that they require basic hospitality training before interacting with customers. Hotel service should be warm and respectful, which was unfortunately lacking during my encounter. Additionally, we booked five rooms, but two of them were super hot because the air conditioning did not work properly.
