The view, the location and the meals were exceptionelle! Also it was positive, that during our 5 nights stay we got our sheets changed. The staff was helpful.

The cleanliness could have been better,as we have found a few spiders and bugs, but overall it was all right. Also the AC wasn't too effective.

0-24 dirty pool, rude staff, they dont clean the rooms daily, had to ask several times for fresh towels, they force to buy breakfast and dinner option, even if you are not in the hotel at dinner times and also giving everyday the same dish of breaded meats. Super boring… Gave us the wrong small room instead of what we booked and paid for. Lying about the rooms and hotel features through booking site. Forcing guest to wear a shirt up on 35 degrees just to make an order of a water at the bar. Missing items from our rooms after cleaning.

Staff was amazing. They were extremely helpful and kind and I would give them 5* (out of 5) The view to the lake was really nice. Accessibility from Budapest was very straightforward; a bit more than 1 hour drive.

We traveled there in winter. The room temperature was a bit cold despite the fact that we turned up the AC. Heaters in bathroom were cold initially but warm in the morning, so the room temp was OK by the morning. (We were the only guests in the entire hotel besides a couple in another room.)

Beautiful view, quite big room, friendly staff. The breakfast was also good. This hotel is located directly beachfront.

Our room was clean. The bathroom was in general clean but our shower cabin was terrible. It had mold and was in a really bad condition. My bed was a bit uncomfortable.

Breakfast was great, location is ideal in this part of the lake and the staff was generally very friendly. Train station is in walking distance, but we drove here.

We were very unhappy as we probably got the worst room. Our room was very small and it should not have been advertised for 2 people. Our room smelled, 2 out of the 3 power outlets did not work. No towel holder or shelf in the bathroom. We did not have soap or body wash on our first day in the bathroom. The room did not have night stands on both sides. The bed was very low and uncomfortable.

The location is abolutely super. Restaurants , the port and numerous bars are in the close neighbourhood. The welness of the hotel is also very nice. There are an inside and outsidepool. Breakfast was also okay!

We were staying in the honeymoon-suite. This suite however was filled with extra bed couches and a sofa which were absolutely not complimentary to each other. The room was nice and big but very uncomfortable when you wanted to sit down on a couch. The fridge was very tiny and there was no safe in the room neither at the reception. The restaurant wasn't open because they couldn't get a chef.

The outside pool was out of order, but received a discount from the invoice (no fee of parking)

The staff was great, nice and very helpful.

The cleaning was defective. The shelves and other furnitures were dusty. Some furnitures and other items (window, door, carpets) were slightly worn, shabby.
