Direkt an der Vaparetto Stazione "Ca d'Oro" war traumhaft! Losfahren? sofort an der Vaparetto Haltestelle Heimkommen? 50 Schritte bis zum Hotel-Garten-Eingang. Frühstück! inklusive "Bacon and Eggs" war alles was ich erwarte beim 4 Sterne Albergo!

Beautiful property and room. Breakfast area and lobby relaxing. The location the water next to the water ferry stop was excellent.

Apart from one member of staff who was super helpful, the others were not helpful at all or welcoming. I was staggered when I was advised the bar wasn’t open when it clearly stated the hours in the room. There were no drinks in the mini bar, not even water or ability to make a cup of tea. No food on offer apart from breakfast. The property was consistent with its 4 star rating rating but not the service or amenities. One staff member lied to me too, made up a story about the gallery being open and the entrance in the lane when it was closed for refurbishment and was a basic piece of information. The gallery looked like it had been closed for some time. This was the final straw with the staff care factor

The location and the courtyard garden in front of Ca D’Oro vaporetto.

There was not a lot to like! Room smelt of stale cigarette smoke. Power plugs broken. Leaking shower that we had to use towels to soak up the water. Rusty handrail in shower & missing shower door handle. Definitely not worth what we paid. On our last day, the woman serving at breakfast was quite rude at my husband when he asked for 2 coffees. Very embarrassing as it happened in front of other guests! Not recommended and not good value for money.
