Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Amazing place and prompt attention to any issues. We had a wonderful ski vacation here for our second year with extended family. Perfect location on the hill for kids to get out and always be close to the cabin.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed many places at Lewis Ranch and this house has, by far, the best ski in/ski out access. Cant beat it.Having said that, there was a plumbing issue before our arrival that caused the house to smell like sewage for most of the week. RRR provided some smell abatement but it was not helpful. RRR did replace light bulbs and took care of a couple other items that needed attention. They were always responsive to our needs.I would stay here again based on LOCATION. We are considering our options. The rental price for next year is thousands more for the same week than what we paid this year.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great. We could never figure out how all the light switches worked. The heating system was way off...half of us froze, half of us were super hot. The washer/dryers did not work well; one load of towels took 3 cycles to dry. No detergent was in the lower laundry room, and there were no laundry baskets to carry anything. My husband and brother in law also both got tickets for parking overnight in the free lots. It’s ridiculous to have a home for 27 people but only allow 4 vehicles in the driveway and NOT provide somewhere else for free; if that’s the case, parking passes should have been provided like our last rental...especially for $34,000 rental fee. Then, the cleaning ladies showed up at 9:00 am and just sat out in the driveway watching us all, even though checkout wasn’t until 10. Felt super rushed.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ski lift by the house was closed, but certainly a risk going to early in the season. No big deal there. Home was big. Comfortable. Everything worked well. Management company was very responsive. Take this for what it is worth...but one of our guests didn't ski. She was sitting in the 2nd floor living room, and a mouse ran straight across the couch and then across her lap! She screamed. Her son was there and was able to chase it and trap it under a bowl. It unfortunately did not make it after that. Then we found activated snap traps in the house. About 3 of them. What was most bothersome is this signified they were aware of the rodent problem and didn't inform us. But what was really upsetting was the traps. We had several small kids with us. And no warning. One was in the pantry! Had a child stepped on it, or even an adult who was unaware, that could have been really bad. Plus, no one was checking them. A decomposing rodent would not have been pleasant in the kitchen either. The next day we saw another mouse downstairs. They put some bait out for them that day and collected the snap traps they could find. They both got really chewed up, so they probably didn't make it. Certainly confirmed there were quite a few living in there. Would definitely recommend if the rodent issue was resolved. It's otherwise a nice home. But mice really creeped out a lot of our guests and made the home very uncomfortable.
