The location is the only good thing for this place and the 2 ladies from the reception that were nice and tried to make things better by changing the room and by forwarding my complaint regarding the rude behavior of the lady from the bar, but I strongly believe this should be the norm.

The breakfast was good but the staff from the bar was very disrespectful when I want it to have my breakfast outside on the terrace and pack it for later, like 2 sandwiches, as I can't eat so early in the morning. I was totally embarrassed in public by a lady from the bar. When I told her I can't eat so early in the morning she said that I should not eat at all if I'm not eating when the breakfast is available. The first day I asked for a decaf coffee and it was free, the second day they asked money for it. When I asked why is that, the lady from the bar said that yesterday was just for accommodation, but something was not right in the way she answered. Following the hotel's manager saying, she mistook me for someone else, which didn't made sense. The breakfast was prepaid. In the first room in which I was accommodated, the toilet bowl was detached from the floor and the inside doors were dirty. In the second room only the doors were dirty. Also the hotel manager tried to make things better by asking the rude lady from the bar to apologize to me which I accepted, but this won't solve the problems. When the only excuse you receive for such behavior is that the employees are tired, you understand the status quo won't change.

Bed size

Air con was giving bad smell and was not guving cold as it shows. Room was very small with a big bed, not so profesional for a 4 star hotel. Drinks in the fridge i had to pay for them.

The room was very clean and all the facilities were as expected. The location is pretty close to the beach.

Great staff. Outstanding location, quiet but steps from the beach without the boardwalk noise.

Nice situated hotel, but things were old and nobody seemed to want to renew them. Starting with the carpet from lobby to first floor, which seemed to be from the time of the opening of the hotel and ending with the room, with a mixture of old and new furniture and a bathroom which has seen better days. And breakfast, quite good and plenty, you had where to choose from. But the warmup thing where the eggs and sausages were was unable to keep these dishes warm.

The hotel was clean and bed sheets / towels changed every day. Good breakfast and excellent coffee. Free reserved parking spots in front of the hotel, but only for a dozen of cars.

Very old facilities, still functional but very noisy (especially the minibar fridge). Very rude staff at reception and restaurant, but very welcoming people for cleaning and parking assistance.
