The view was amazing.The appartment was clean and had everything we needed .close to transport.

The internet didn’t work the first night and the spa in the apartment didn’t work.

Superb and convenient location as described in the advertisement. Close to the shops and amentieis.

We loved everything about the property! The view was just amazing! Location was great.

The only small things that could be improved would be to have blankets available (we found one light one in the cupboard, and used the throw blankets, but were cold); the pillows were all very hard; and perhaps have some instructions for the appliances. We did manage to google the manual for the dryer, but it took us a while to find the dishwasher after wondering what the remote did!

The apartment and furniture were not as excatly as it was on the pictures. Having said that it was still decent. It would be even better if we could see the exact apartments before booking. The view was very good.

The view and location are fantastic. Right across from the beach and a 5 min walk to the heart of Surfers. Plus a two min walk to tram stop. Good restaurants are close as well. Markets were close on Wed, Frid, Sat nights.

Our particular room was much older and worn than any photos indicated. The balcony is also a lot smaller than the photos indicated. The window in the main room was broken and wouldn't stay open giving little airflow. Paid a premium price for view and location. (Which in itself was amazing.)

Veiw and location were awesome, but cleanliness and facilities were disapointedly poor.

The whole apartment and facilities were dirty. Almost nothing in the kitchen to use ranging from plates and cutleries to appliances.

we booked this apartment for 7 nights, upon arrival it was not cleaned, there was urine stains on the toilet, crumbs on the carpet, rubbish under couches, stains on pillows. We paid extra to stay in the “deluxe room” but there was absolutely nothing deluxe about the apartment. It did not look anything like the photos, it was extremely run down to the point where we could not stay as everyone was uncomfortable and grossed out by the state of the apartment. Please think twice about booking this apartment as I wouldn’t want anyone’s family to be put in the same situation that my family and I were in.

The apartment we had was on level 12 (room 50). The views were amazing! It was directly in front of the ocean and you could see the water from every angle of the apartment🏖 The kitchen and laundry were great! The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Plenty of cupboard space in the whole apartment meant that all our things were packed neatly and we could easily access them👍 Had a really homely feel to it!

It was a little too far from the heart of Surfers Paradise (about a 20 minute walk). There was only 1 air-conditioner in the apartment, so the bedrooms became too warm sometimes. I love the ocean breeze, but having the sliding door and windows open let insects in (fly screens would help). The bedrooms didn't have any locks on them.
