Complex Maxim - sea view

Such a great location in the Sea Garden, and great host.

Maybe needs new curtains, but this is because it's my job as interior designer to notice these things.

Schön im Park gelegene Unterkunft mit eigenem Pool. Zu Fuß durch den Park spazierend kommt man direkt zur Fußgängerzone mit vielen Bars und Restaurants.

We loved to stay at a villa in the park, it made the travel experience really nice. Great to have a dedicated parking space as well, even if it costs 5 Euro/day. The space is simple, but vey welcoming as space, we had a nice little terrace with a great inner garden view, access to the pool. 10 minutes walking to the closest beach and around 30 minutes to the city centre, but the walk is lovely through the park. Many restaurants in the area.

AC broken in my sea view room. Significant time and energy (6 different people involved) to try to get resolved. while sometimes things happen, I was disappointed to be downgraded to a cave like room where I was eaten alive by mosquitos (the owner opened the balcony door widely! why? maybe to show i didn't need air?). they offered me money back to 'find' another room but by this time it was so late (and no assistance with options). I FINALLY got an apology over text days later after begging for one. as I shared with the property, it's less about what happened and more about how they managed it. it might have been a nice visit in the original room! the owner seems to make the decisions and it was clear my problem (no AC) was just an inconvenience to him.
