The staff can’t be more helpful Mr Mahmoud in the reception area always helps to arrange an accessible room and runs a great team of staff The Ora Bar run by Marks and Mina has been excellent this year … Chef Abdullah create some fantastic sushi and the best chicken liver dish I’ve ever tasted. The cocktails are fantastic and extremely cheap. It’s a beautiful environment if you want to relax and have some nice quality drink drinks. Thanks to our cleaner Gergas he kept the room and bathroom spotless. He certainly knows how to present a room to a lovely standard. Ahmed and Mohamed on lifeguard duties, ensure everyone gets a bed and fresh towels. Very pleasant to guests which makes you feel welcomed! A lovely stay! The entertainment has also improved the pool party on Fridays is a hit!

The beach is busy and very few English speaking guests this time. Some guests really do need to learn some better social etiquette! It’s okay to queue!

There is some persons doesn't love being Egyptian at the hotel they treat us roodly but as soon as we can treat them like they treat us they got shocked Finally they got what they demands 🤣🤣

The staff are cooperative the location is in the centre The beach is great but needs sea shoes The food is good but could be better

Only one small water bottle for each guest while all dispensers all over the hotel containing refilled tap water not mineral water No parking

This is my second visit in less than a year, but the resort has lost many of its appeal since my first visit. The food quality and variety have declined significantly. The beach is fully booked from 7:00 AM, which is incomprehensible and illogical. The staff in the restaurant and beach bar are unsmiling, and the cocktails are terrible. I don't know if the management has changed or if this is a new hotel policy to cut costs.
