No air conditioning

great location and clean and the staff is really nice, we had a great time !

there is no air conditioning. I was reassured it would have not been a problem as the property is next to a pine forest, but it was a problem, it was too hot to sleep.

We've been staying here for many years. It's perfect for what we want. It's right in the middle of the village near restaurants and shops. It's got a small kitchen area that is enough for us to have nice meals. It has a nice balcony for outdoor dining. It's not far from the beach and as a guest, it's easy to rent a lounge chair and umbrella at the beach. We love it every time we visit and hope to continue visiting it in the future.

Nothing really

I could leave my bike locked up in the storage room. The next day, I could store my bags and enjoy the day at the hotel’s beach.

The road to the beach and restaurants wasn’t very well lit or populated in the evening and I was wondering if it was safe to walk there on my own.

We came here by car with kids. Hotel is nice, free parking and wi-fi is good. We rented bikes close to hotel (8 eur/day/bike + 5 eur/day/seat for kid) and traveled to the town nearby twice to visit Porto Via cafe in Marina di Grosseto town - totally recommended :) Beach was nice but not great. Close to hotel is market and cafeterias located. Pizza there is really good!

There was no air condition in the room, only ventilator. Also there was no balcony, but we sit outside in the evening. No daily cleaning (even trash we threw out by ourselves), but when we arrived room was clean. No breakfast in the hotel, but there are few shops close to hotel.
