Location is good and rooms are good but they need to work on the washroom doors they had nails on it

The staff at the reception is something I would never forget it was like a bunch of college kids at the reception giving smirky looks to customers Sooooo unpleasant and uncomfortable Please keep confident and mature people at the front desk Reception is a place where customers get to know how their trip would be

The staff will assist me with good manners, The hotel stay staff are good but the restaurant staff are mannersless

Ac not workable no use of remote, because of maybe center ac which is not controllable no cooling, food is too much expensive no value for money of course because of kamat. The restaurant staff are not polite, they are not ready to give water bottles after 12.30 am which is chargeable. Because of those things hotels stay not value for money. Please avoid to stay unnecessary

Lobby was well decorated

Property was stinking. Bath was completely visible there is no privacy. Rooms were no same as the pictures in the website.

The Breakfast was horrible. The room we 1st got was worse than a motel so we went for an upgraded room which was small and congested so the manager said we can go for the suite which we paid quite a lot again and we were charged a lot for that which was a complete rip off. Because the room given to us was terrible the suite with broken things and holes in the sofa and so on the bathtub was broken too. This all took evening till we got to the suite and it was too late to find something else and we wanted to leave but the refund won't be possible and we would lose money and the extra we paid. That all wasn't enough My Diamond ring went missing from the suite. And even money was missing. I had told the reception but haven't received any help regarding it. Even though I had asked was that I need the video from the camera in the hotel to see who was at our room. But I haven't heard anything about it. We have a baby and the stay was way too stressful. Still there is no reply from the manager or the reception regarding the video recording. I have asked them few times that I want to see the CCTV footage of our room. I am really disappointed

Location was good and this time choosing a super deluxe room meant we got better Towels which are apparently not provided of same quality in a delivery room.

Discriminating guests based on room type to give old and worn out towels in deluxe room vs new and clean towels in super deluxe room is something really the staff and management need to work on. On raising this issue with management they said they were not aware of such things and no one ever complained about it. Funny part is that I stayed here last week and complained about it yet they lied with a smile and sounded surprised.
