Very clean, excellent location close to all attractions. Bus stop outside the door and close to Metro. Gabi was an amazing host and very helpful. Breakfasts were excellent.
Inconsistent water temperature, but excellent pressure.

Good location, excellent host
Thin walls, toilet outside the room, very loud street noise (bus stop right outside), poor breakfast

The location of the property was perfect. You’ll need to walk a little to either the metro or to the Vatican, but relatively close. Restaurants all around and plenty of gelato!
My room faced the street and so there were times when loud people could be heard clearly.

The location of Annette B&B is excellent in terms of airport shuttle and proximity to the Vatican. Gabriel was very helpful, and the owner was also very hospitable. The room was comfortable.
The proximity to the airport shuttle stop can also pose a problem due to street noise. The lack of en-suite bath was an inconvenience at times.
